Pip.Bar User Agreement & Community Guidelines
1. General Compliance & Constructive Communication
-
All users of https://pip.bar are required to comply with the rules of the resource.
-
Pip Bar is designed as a space for constructive and creative communication.
-
Any manifestations of rudeness, offensive behavior, or trolling toward other community members are strictly prohibited and will be punished by an account ban.
-
An account will be blocked even if the offensive behavior was a retaliatory reaction to another user’s rudeness.
-
Users are expected to behave politely and avoid succumbing to provocations.
-
All moderation decisions are made within the framework of these rules at the sole discretion of the resource’s administrators and moderators, and these decisions are not subject to discussion.
-
Discussing the rules or the administrative actions taken is not permitted on Pip Bar.
2. Content Quality & Originality Requirements
-
All posts must be meaningful.
-
A post cannot consist of just a single sentence or solely of external links.
-
Users must blog directly on the platform; therefore, a post cannot serve merely as an introduction to content hosted elsewhere.
-
The core material must be published directly on Pip Bar, while external links may only be included for informational purposes to cite a source.
-
Copy-pasting is strictly forbidden on the platform.
-
Users must not clutter Pip Bar with material stolen from other resources.
-
When referencing outside information, users must write their own opinions, summarize the material in their own words, and provide a link to the original source rather than copying it directly.
-
Any material copied from other sources may be deleted without explanation, and the author will be warned or banned.
-
Deliberately distorting words, using unprintable expressions, or publishing text with an abundance of grammatical errors will result in the post being moved to the off-topic section.
-
The use of profanity in posts and comments is strictly prohibited.
3. Platform Themes & Restrictions
-
Pip Bar is a themed resource, and all published topics must align with the platform’s core focus.
-
Acceptable topics include: how to earn money in financial markets, investing and trading, the psychology of money and success, trading methods and robots, risk management, market research, investment ideas and forecasts, error analysis, economics and fundamental analysis, companies and stocks, forex, brokers and banks, non-promotional services for traders, financial news, and business.
-
Politics are strictly forbidden on Pip Bar.
-
Political topics in blogs or comments are considered destructive, as political disputes almost always lead to rudeness and insults.
-
Posts containing short-term trading recommendations or signals that lack serious, meaningful justification for the position must be placed in a separate “trading signals” blog.
4. Anti-Spam, Advertising & Fraud Prevention
-
It is unacceptable to create empty topics containing no useful information that consist merely of one or two links.
-
Publishing the exact same comment across different topics is prohibited.
-
Platform ratings must be earned honestly through creative work and the evaluations of other users.
-
Users must not beg for ratings or artificially generate activity designed to inflate the rating of a personal or corporate blog.
-
A single individual is strictly prohibited from creating two or more accounts on Pip Bar, and identified duplicate accounts will be permanently banned.
-
Advertising within blog posts is prohibited.
-
Users may not post job announcements, advertise materials hosted on external resources, offer paid services (such as training, trading systems, or signals), solicit money for trust management, or promote personal PAMM accounts within standard posts.
-
Any advertising or announcements must be processed through paid placement.
-
Publishing a bare announcement for a webinar is considered unpaid advertising.
-
Webinars may only be mentioned if the post itself provides inherently useful information to readers, or they may be announced in the specifically designated section of the site.
5. Homepage Placement
-
User topics are displayed on the homepage either by administrative placement or automatically upon receiving the required number of likes from other community members.
-
Reaching the automatic threshold does not guarantee an unconditional right for any topic to remain on the homepage.
-
The presence of content on the homepage is ultimately subject to the decision of an editor or moderator.
-
Any post may be removed from the homepage by an administrator without explanation, though it will remain accessible in the user’s personal blog and the general feed.
6. Copyright & User Liability
-
The administrator of the https://pip.bar domain acts solely as an information intermediary.
-
Every registered user bears independent legal responsibility for ensuring their content complies with current laws.
-
Users are fully liable to third parties if their published content violates the rights and legitimate interests of others, including copyright infringements.
-
When utilizing photo and video content, users may freely use copyrighted scientific, literary, and artistic works (including photographs) without the author’s consent or compensation only if four conditions are met: the use is for informational, scientific, educational, or cultural purposes; the author is explicitly credited; the source is explicitly cited; and the volume of the used work is justified by the quoting purpose.
-
Under applicable law, it is forbidden to publish false information that defames the honor and dignity of another person or undermines their reputation.
-
Publishing the personal data of other individuals, as well as personal documents that may contain third-party information, is strictly prohibited.
-
Legislation explicitly forbids the publication (whether original or copied) of: extremist materials, public calls for extremist or terrorist activity, the public justification of terrorism, defamation and false information, personal or family secrets, calls for mass riots, propaganda or public display of Nazi or extremist symbols, and public calls for actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of countries.
